Need help with your download?

Paid digital orders are normally available within a few minutes. Your download buttons appear on the Thank You page and the order-status page linked from your confirmation email or text message.

Where to find your files

  1. Open your MyCursive order confirmation email or text message.
  2. Select the order-status link.
  3. Use the download button shown with your digital product.

You can also sign in or create a customer account with the same email used at checkout to review your orders.

If the download email is missing

  • Check the email address or phone number used at checkout.
  • Check spam, promotions, and junk folders for a message from MyCursive.
  • If you received a confirmation text, use its order-status link.
  • ZIP files must be downloaded and extracted before opening the included PDF files.
